Reservations and Cancellations Policies

Our office hours are from 7am to 10pm Pacific Standard Time. To confirm a reservation we require a credit card number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash in both CAD or USD. Gratuities for your guide are not included, they are voluntary and paid at your discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and the total of the reservation will be charged.
